Silent Valley, 3 Days / 2 Nights
Day 1. Base of the Towers.
Our private transfer will pick you up at your accommodation at 07:00 am to take you to the National Park Torres del Paine. On our way, will be able to appreciate beautiful and extensive Patagonian landscapes, and some animals like: guanacos, ñandúes, gray foxes, flamingos and even condors if we are lucky.
We will begin our excursion to the viewpoint of the Torres del Paine taking a path that goes into the valley of the Ascencio River. We will see hanging glaciers and waterfalls as we pass through beautiful Lenga forests, until we reach a glacial moraine through which we will ascend to reach the viewpoint at 900 m.s. There we will see three imposing granite giants (2,850 mt) and a lagoon with milky waters of glacial origin at their feet.
After having lunch, we will descend the moraine and then continue until the end of the Ascencio valley for 1,5 hrs. to get to the Japonés camping.
Day 2. Silent Valley
After a refreshing breakfast we will start the excursion to Valle del Silencio. In our backpack we will only take some extra clothing to keep warm and lunch, as we will go back to the camping at night. We will ascend for 1 hrs. approx. until overcoming the forest line where we will have a panoramic view of the entrance of the valley, the trail continues on a gently sloping moraine. After 2 hrs. we will be able to see Cerro Escudo and Fortaleza with its impressive granite walls. Once we reach the end of the valley, we will be able to appreciate the west face of the three Torres del Paine in an amphitheater surrounded by granite walls and hanging glaciers. Finally, we will go back to the Japanese camping through the same path.
Day 3. Japonés - Natales.
After breakfast we will pack our camp and begin our way back to the Visitor Center where our private transfer will pick us up and take us to Puerto Natales by a different route that goes through a large part of the park, where we will have the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking viewpoints with panoramic views of Los Cuernos, Valle del Francés, Monte Paine Grande, Toro Lake and much more! Wr will be returning to Puerto Natales around 5 pm.
